im tired
May 8, 2007i was placed on a different queue today.
im soooo tired.
its 40 mins before my shift ends and i already received 25 calls.
thats far from the number of calls that i normally get in the other queue.
(i would get maximum of 15 calls in the other queue)
and i have a couple of pending escalations on the side.
now im planning not to go to work later…..
paid my bill
i paid the rest of my card balance before going home yesterday.
i was annoyed with the lady who took my payment.
she was so NOT accomodating.
i hope she would at least smile to the clients.
enough with her.
ill call the bank later to check if the payment did go through.
