letting it all out
May 22, 2007just got back from our first break and it was such a relief to finally get out of that damned room. ive been wanting to shout since we were called to see the OM. i know what its all about and i know that i should brace myself for that long sermon that he will give us. the moment we stepped out of the bldg, we headed for the spot where we would usually stay and we started talking about what just happened to us, how mad we are at our dear TL, how were planning to leave the company, and all the other stuff that we can thik of. we kept on ranting for the entire break. i dont really care if someone heard us. letting it out was what we needed at that time, and thats also good for our health…hay! <- lets out a long, loud sigh.
a visit to the principal’s office
today is our monday shift and there's usually alot of people in the office on this day since this is the 1st day of the week for most agents. this means that our inbox will also be overflowing with alot of messages from our OM, QA, and everyone else who just wants to send whatever update they have.
since this is the first day of our beloved OM, he just got the update about attendance.he was so furious about the attendance of the team.he then sent an email blast to the whole team about people who were absent last saturday and that he needs to see med certs from these people.
and because we (cindy and i) were included in the email blast, we have been invited to the principal's office (OM office) and were asked for our med certs. of course, we dont have any med cert to present for the simple fact that we did not see any doctor during those days that we were absent. he asked why we were absent and you can see that he is not listening to you at all. he would even cut you while you're explaining. he then started with his long litany of how people who are not dedicated would end nowhere, and stuff like that. well, i was not really listening to him the whole time. the thing that upset me more is that our supervisor was there and he was not even helping us.
